We have implemented a series of measures so that you can spend your holiday at the Hotel dei Pini without any fear. 

We have introduced very flexible cancellation and modification policies for your booking so that you can book your holiday with confidence.

We provide various digital solutions to all our guests. Online check in n order to limit the interaction with the staff and make the arrival and departure procedures faster. Online services so that guests can access all information regarding the Hotel and its services. Concierge online service for immediate communications with staff via whatsapp.

Daily procedures for cleaning and sanitizing of the rooms the various areas of the Hotel follow the instructions contained in the protocol WHO and Accoglienza sicura developed by Federalberghi. Sanitizing products located in the different areas of the hotel are available to all guests.

The Hotel dei Pini observes the standards of purification and sanitization of ventilation and air conditioning systems and for the purification of water and swimming pool. We have increased the frequency of inspections on ventilation and air conditioning systems and decontamination protocols. We apply updated standards for the sanitation of drinking water and we have introduced new and more frequent water sanitization protocols.

For greater safety, all our staff are required to comply with hygiene requirements and are subjected to temperature checks before entering the hotel. Each department uses the necessary protective devices. All the staff of the Hotel dei Pini have access to the equipment necessary to carry out their work with the maximum guarantee of health. The suppliers who access the hotel adopt the security measures and protocols envisaged. We have defined intervention measures in the event of health problems for guests and staff, with the possibility of isolation, protective devices and interaction with medical services.

The Health and Safety Manager takes care of the introduction and updating of the necessary measures and instructs all employees on the procedures necessary for the protection of other employees, guests and suppliers.
